Notices

Terms of understanding

Nature of service

KillerWhale provides technical blockchain research, reconstruction and reporting. It is a research organization, not a law firm, exchange, custodian, broker or recovery service.

No investment advice

Nothing published by KillerWhale is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. KillerWhale does not publish valuations or price forecasts.

No legal advice

Forensic reports describe technical evidence. They do not constitute legal advice and do not determine liability, criminality or fault.

No recovery guarantee

Asset tracing describes movement supported by on-chain evidence. KillerWhale does not guarantee recovery, seizure or restitution of any asset.

Research candidates

Anomalies, sightings and research candidates are indications that an object warrants further study. They are never assertions of wrongdoing.

Availability of capability

Capabilities marked locked or planned are not available and are not sold. KillerWhale Engine output is not offered until Engine validation completes.

Simulated data

Any surface explicitly labelled as simulated research data contains synthetic values for demonstration and must not be treated as chain evidence.

Accuracy and limitations

Findings are bounded by the datasets and block ranges stated in each report. Where evidence is insufficient, reports state the limitation rather than inferring beyond it.

Use of this website does not create a client relationship. Engagements begin only under a written agreement following intake and scoping.
